Beatrix Potter

Peter Rabbit celebrates his 100th birthday this year. Author Beatrix Potter, who wrote and illustrated the stories of the mischievous bunnies who trespassed in Mr. MacGregor's garden, had another passion: preserving the landscape that provided inspiration for her stories...the hills and farms of western England's stunning Lake District. Living on Earth takes you there for this story.
